Home Sweet Home Office

This week I am indulging myself with a wish list for my home office. I absolutely adore several pieces of Herman Miller’s modern mid century style furniture. I mentioned in yesterday’s post that I want an Aeron desk chair. The highly adjustable posture fit style with a Titanium frame, Quartz color, in size B would do nicely.

I did not realize how many other Herman Miller office furniture designs are available. “Lifework by Herman Miller” includes desks (my favorite is the Sense), storage benches (my favorite is the Cognita), media cabinets and mobile cabinets.

The first Herman Miller design that I ever knew about was the Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman. Even without a photo I bet you know the one. It is black leather with wood veneer wrapped around the outside with a matching ottoman. I would need a larger home office (and budget) but this chair is also on my wish list.
